BROOKLYN AND LUCAS

Hey there! We’re Lucas and Brooklyn, the team behind Forward Fitness and Rehab, dedicated to helping you build a healthier, stronger body in a way that fits your lifestyle. With over 10 years of experience each, we focus on long-term results by creating sustainable fitness habits that last. A little about us—Brooklyn competed in a bodybuilding competition in 2018, earned her personal training certification, and has since trained clients both in gyms and at home while continuing her own fitness journey. Lucas, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, has helped countless clients recover from injuries and improve movement through safe and effective exercise programming. Our mission is simple: to help you keep doing what you love—whether that’s building strength, improving mobility, playing sports, keeping up with your kids, or just feeling your best every day. With our combined expertise in personal training and physical therapy, we’re here to help you move better, feel stronger, and build lifelong healthy habits. Online training gives you the flexibility to work out anytime, anywhere with the guidance of a fitness professional. What sets us apart is our focus beyond just weight loss, toning, or hitting a specific goal—we’re here to help you build sustainable habits that keep you strong and active for life.

When you sign up, you'll complete a detailed intake assessment covering your short- and long-term goals, health history, fitness level, and available equipment (if any). Based on this, we create a personalized workout plan designed to set you up for success.

We understand that lasting change doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why we take a gradual, realistic approach—helping you build discipline, stay motivated, and develop lifelong healthy habits that truly stick.
